About the Role:
To provide express control tower support.
What you will do:
· Respond to queries on flights, schedules, and shipment status to support express operations and customer service.
· Update and maintain express systems with shipment status and details, along with the monitoring of discrepancies of import and export shipments.
· Monitor and verify daily operational reports and dashboards.
· Receive internal customer queries and take appropriate action to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
· Support internal customers via the provision of information and query responses.
