About the role
We are excited to announce a new opportunity to join our quickly growing Digital Marketing and Acquisition team as a Senior Analyst.
In this role, you will serve as the data analysis expert of CRM and Loyalty.
You will be in charge of all the data query, analysis, and reporting requirements of the various internal clients serviced by the team. You will also be expected to supervise other data analysis experts in the team.
As part of your daily responsibilities, you will also:
- Prepare, mine, analyze and present the insights coming from large datasets which will be useful for data-driven decision-making in the company
- Develop detailed business acumen of the internal client being serviced along with operational knowledge and understanding to support them better
- Develop a quick understanding of the clients requirements and the agility to act on them in a valuable and practical, yet realistic approach
- Initiate the development of, KPI measurement, dashboard, and regular reports with observations, analysis, key findings and recommendations that will help the department in understanding its business and operationalizing action plans for improvements
- Be the data expert in the department supporting the customer analytics requirements of business units in and outside Commercial like Sales, Loyalty, Revenue Management, Marketing, and Customer Service
- Independently propose, coordinate, communicate, and work on process improvements relating to insights generation and delivery in the CRM team
- Define and create segmentations and lead scoring models to support personalization.

Qualifications
About You
We are looking for a professional with the following skills and experience:
- Bachelors Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 4 years of job-related experience or High School Qualification with Minimum 5 years of job-related experience in Management Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, Applied Computer Science or equivalent.
- In depth understanding of current spanet conditions including competition landscape
- Experience in aviation is preferred.
- Excellent Excel knowledge.
- Advanced knowledge in different analytical and visualization systems and tools such as SAS, SQL, Power Bl, Tableau.
