Our Technical Operations team is full of aircraft maintenance technicians, engineers, planners, ground equipment and facilities professionals, and supply chain teams that help make sure they’re well taken care of and ready to get our customers to their desired destinations. Key Responsibilities:

The Senior Analyst will play a pivotal role in supporting the Facilities and Ground Support Equipment team. This individual will be instrumental in assessing and testing innovative initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency. They will be responsible for the management of ongoing telemetry projects, ensuring that these projects align with our strategic objectives and deliver tangible results.

A key aspect of this role involves the development and implementation of robust policies, procedures, and processes that will streamline our operations and foster a culture of continuous improvement. The Senior Analyst will be expected to proactively identify areas of inefficiency and propose multiple well-considered solutions to address existing challenges.

To excel in this position, the candidate must be highly organized and possess a strong sense of self-motivation and initiative. An ability to work independently as a self-starter is crucial, as is the capability to effectively communicate and present solutions. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to driving the team towards greater efficiency and success.

  • Lead and manage Tech Ops projects focused on maintenance and continuous improvement of facilities and ground support equipment and processes. Utilize project management skills to oversee initiatives from conception to completion including maintaining project financials.
  • Develop and refine processes and procedures to enhance safety and operational efficiency. Support development of policies, procedures, and technical documents repository for facilities and GSE equipment and processes.
  • Perform analysis to inform maintenance and procurement strategies, predict equipment needs, and provide actionable insights to improve decision-making and operational utilization and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to implement and maintain IOT, telemetry, and automation technology for Facilities and Ground Support Equipment (GSE) assets and processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovation initiatives to support Tech Ops and Airport operations.

QualificationsWhat’s needed to succeed:
  • Bachelors degree or 4 years of relevant work experience
  • Engineering and Analysis or relevant work experience
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in ground support equipment maintenance, facilities management, or a similar role.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
  • Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
  • Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
  • Excellent project management capabilities, able to lead process through data-driven insights and innovative thinker with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Advanced skills with productivity and collaboration tools including MS Office Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analytics and familiarity with telemetry systems

  • Strategic thinker with hands-on experience in ground support and facilities maintenance.

  • Proven expertise in process improvement and the development of policies and procedures.

What will help you propel from the pack:
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering field
  • Proficient in analytical tools such as: SQL, PowerBI, Spotfire, Tableau, Microsoft Forms
  • Industrial engineering or Business Administration experience
