Minimum Education
- Associate’s degree preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum Experience
• 5-7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Recruiting experience in a corporate and agency environment preferred
• Previous experience with SuccessFactors Performance Management software or similar ATS preferred
