Minimum Education
- Bachelor’s Degree with a technical or supervisory emphasis or four years, combination of education, experience and training in addition to the requirements below.
Minimum Experience
- Five years of experience in quality, program operations, manufacturing, engineering and or ATD’s.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Ability to adhere to quality requirements and plans of action.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints.
- Use of standard measuring devices such as rules and gauges for engineering document validations.
- Team Oriented, Time Management, Configuration Management, and Multitasking, Problem-solving, Organizational and planning skills.
- Ability to obtain SECRET security clearance.
- Working knowledge of software applications, Microsoft Office products, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Excel.
- Basic knowledge of DOD and military standards and specification practices.
- Basic knowledge of ISO 9001 and AS9100D series standards and applications.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the teammate is regularly required to sit, use their hands and fingers, to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The teammate must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. The teammate must have close and distance vision and the ability to adjust focus. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
