Our Cabin Services teams look after our Crew. Working in the fast paced, operational environment of Cabin Services, You will carry out the administrative activities at a country level. You will provide vital administrative support to the Base Management teams whilst increasing efficiency and high standards. Working closely with the base management team, You will be reviewing and managing situations to prevent them from impacting on operations.
Some of what you will be doing includes, providing reports to the Pilot/Management team, ensuring the safe storage of documentation relating to the operations of the base and undertaking weekly base audits. Working in collaboration with the wider team, you will be responsible for various aspects of administrative duties relating to the overall success of the base.
What you need to do this role
We are looking for a qualified candidate with a full understanding of local policies and procedures relevant to administrative roles. You will have a proven track record in administrative positions, ideally within the unique setting of the airline industry. Familiarity with the complexities of high-volume operational businesses is essential, including reporting packages. You will demonstrate a high level of IT literacy, proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook, and excellent numerical and verbal/written communication skills. Organisational skills, with meticulous attention to detail, are crucial for success in this role.
Bilingual proficiency in both English and Portuguese is a must, enabling effective communication through writing, reviewing, and managing documents to emails, meeting notes, and reports. There will be some travel with this role which means you will get to explore the easyJet network at part of your role.

Location & Hours of Work
This full-time role will be based at Lisbon Airport and will be 40 hours per week, with an expectation to travel between our Portuguese bases on a monthly basis. .
