- Coordinate end-to-end marketing campaigns for Air Transat and Transat Tours Canada, from planning through launch
- Develop, structure, and manage campaign plans, timelines, deliverables, and dependencies
- Coordinate campaign execution across paid, owned, website, mobile app, and partner channels
- Support the development and execution of clear, high-quality campaign briefs and translate campaign objectives into actionable plans
- Act as the central point of coordination between Marketing, Revenue Management, Commercial, CRM, Web, Creative, Product, Contact Center, Legal teams, and external agencies
- Facilitate campaign planning meetings, status updates, and launch reviews.
- Ensure full campaign readiness before launch (content, offers, CRM, website, contact center, etc.) and compliance with processes, approvals, and quality standards
- Monitor campaign progress, anticipate risks, manage issues, and escalate when necessary
- Maintain an integrated campaign calendar and ensure visibility and prioritization across the organization
- Identify resource conflicts, timing challenges, and capacity constraints in collaboration with teams
- Establish and maintain campaign processes, tools, checklists, and governance practices
- Coordinate post-campaign reviews, capture learnings, and support continuous improvement
