Description:You will be the Manufacturing Planner for our production planning and control team. Our team is responsible for supporting the tooling fabrication effort, ensuring seamless coordination and optimization of material flow to meet customer requirements.

What You Will Be Doing
As the Manufacturing Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating interdepartmental activities and expediting material flow through the supply chain. You will work closely with various teams, including quality assurance, manufacturing, purchasing, engineering, and inventory control, to drive inventory optimization and maintain production systems integrity. Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating with multiple departments to ensure timely and efficient material flow
• Expediting and optimizing material flow to meet customer requirements
• Maintaining production systems integrity to drive inventory optimization
• Providing timely status updates and collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Utilizing computer systems, databases, and programs to analyze and solve problems

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education
• SAP experience
• Demonstrated proficient knowledge of computer systems, databases, and programs
• Possess knowledge of lean manufacturing
• Demonstrate strong analytical, problem solving, and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to obtain a security clearance.
Desired Skills:
• Bachelors degree from an accredited college
• Experience with material requirements and Shop/Dock/Receiving/Warehouse/Shipping areas.
• Inventory Control and material handling knowledge
• Greenbelt / blackbelt trained / certified
• Ability to understand engineering drawings and parts lists
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
