Ontic, a leading licensor and manufacturer of complex engineering parts for the global aerospace and defence industries, are now recruiting for a MRB Coordinator to join our Quality team where youll support us in providing technical and administrative support to the MRB (Material Review Board) Team. This role will be based at our Staverton Site.

The Role:
As our MRO Coordinator you will provide technical and administrative support to the MRB (Material Review Board) Team. Tasked with coordinating the investigation into non-conforming products and be responsible for the subsequent control/scrapping and documentation process.
In addition, you’ll produce and oversee all performance metrics within the MRB team. This role will suit a candidate with the ability to navigate through problems to find solutions; and the ability to see the bigger picture and understand how different areas of a business fit together. The MRB team are a really collaborative Team reporting to the Deputy Operations Quality Manager within the wider Quality Engineering function within Ontic.

To be successful in the role you will need to have experience working within an Engineering or Manufacturing business in a role which utilises administrative skills. We hire people for their potential and we’re very open regarding what your current role might be; for example, you may be working in an administrative function, a stores function or an operational function. The most important attributes for success as our MRB Coordinator are excellent administrative and organisational skills.
If you have experience of working in an Aerospace business, particularly with non-confirming products and ERP tools then you’ll have a distinct advantage though this isn’t essential for the right person.
