About the role
Qatar Airways are excited to be launching a new opportunity to join our Customer Engagement & Loyalty team as a Loyalty Airline Partnerships Specialist.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing assigned loyalty airline partnerships, and also support onboarding and ongoing management of new partners in strategic spanets. This role will focus on expanding QR Privilege Club benefits for our members by way of enhancing the experience on partner airlines for collection, spend and recognition, in alignment with airline’s overall partnership strategy.
As part of your role, your additional responsibilities will include, but not limited to, the following:
Identify, negotiate, and manage new loyalty airline partnerships and ensure the continuous performance of existing partnerships.
Manage assigned partnerships, including operational, commercial, and financial performance review tasks.
Identify expansion opportunities for partnership growth through design of optimal collaboration models with relevant airline partners that create new member benefits, improve earn velocity, provide new redemption choices and grow revenues.
Plan, brief and execute partner spaneting activities and campaigns.
Ensure loyalty partnerships are aligned through proper design and structure in order to complement QR’s alliance strategy and initiatives like Joint Business, Codeshare.
Administer and facilitate billing, reconciliation and reporting of airline partner related files.

Qualifications
About You
Bachelors degree with minimum 3 years of job-related experience within the aviation industry
Previous experience in Loyalty, Partnerships, Management, Alliances, Pricing, or Network Planning
Exposure in business planning and associated processes in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment
Understanding of loyalty programs, airline partnerships and alliance strategies
Excellent spoken and written English skills with strong negotiation, account management and business development skills
Ability to work with cross- functional and multi-cultural teams at all levels in a fast- paced working environment
Good analytical and reporting skills showcasing partner performance and have advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
