As an ITSM ServiceNow Administrator, youll be responsible for proactively managing and monitoring ITSM servers to ensure proper operation, including recommended patches and updates. Youll also provide problem management services remotely to track and resolve user problems, manage the rapid progression of incidents from creation to completion, and identify trends to create resolutions for potential and ongoing problems. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include collaborating with internal stakeholders, formatting and disseminating reports, and tracking incident trends.
