HybridCollins Aerospace is looking for an Enovia 3DExperience System Admin. The System Admin will support 3DExperience 24x, Cameo Enterprise Architect, and Teamwork Cloud v22x. You will configure, install new hardware/software, perform upgrades to existing servers and software, perform migration activities, coordinate the introduction of additional servers and storage to the network, follow security policies and procedures, and perform other technical duties as needed.
**This position is hybrid and must be near one of these locations: Cedar Rapids, IA, Richardson, TX, Marlborough, MA, Dulles, VA, Largo, FL.**
What YOU will do:
Administer and maintain all aspects of Enovia 3DExperience platform.
Actively monitor and continuously improve the production environment to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and scalability.
Collaborates with system analysts, engineers, and programmers to confirm system limitations, capabilities, performance requirements, performance standards, and interfaces.
Troubleshoot and resolve Application issues in production.
Deploy updates and customizations with minimal downtime.
Documents system parameters/formats and hardware/software systems compatibility.
Performs configuration management tasks to ensure new software product operating parameters are documented, comply with standard hardware configurations, and are logistically sustainable.
Collaborates with application development teams to resolve system functionality issues.
Clearly articulate needs and timelines to other staff to get things done in an efficient and autonomous manner.
Perform 3DExperience upgrades and patch deployments in a timely and efficient manner.
Willingness to perform admin activities over the weekends and after core business hours.
Qualifications you must have:
Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience with Enovia 3DExperience systems analysis and troubleshooting is required.
Must be able to obtain top secret clearance.

Qualifications We Prefer:
Strong Hands-on experience in Integrating Enovia 3DX application with other enterprise systems and develop custom connectors for CAD system such as Solid Works, Catia and NX.
3+ years of hands-on experience in Implementation and Customization experience in Enovia 3D Exp. 2016x-22x platform.
Sound knowledge in aerospace industry process/integration/Compliance.
Proficient in configuring, developing, and deploying solutions 3DEXP Platform and several of their corresponding modules.
Excellent analytical skills.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.

The salary range for this role is 96,000 USD - 200,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
