We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Analyst to join our amazing team on a permanent contract, based in Luton. (Hybrid working)

The purpose of this role is to provide commercially focussed web insight and MI to key Stakeholders and teams within easyJet – both for the easyJet and easyJet Holidays brands. You’ll also be tasked with gaining greater insights into the digital behaviours of our customers across all markets and work with other data teams to develop propositions and build solutions to drive incremental revenue. In addition to this, this role will work closely with the CRO team to build and evolve a test and learn cycle by proactively providing analysis on our customers behaviour on the website and identifying opportunities for testing to drive incremental revenue.
What you’ll be doing
- Understand business objectives and live trading environments to help influence MI.
- Scope and deliver powerful and commercial insights to improve trading performance, enhance customer experience and support the Digital team to achieve our company ambition.
- Build strong relationships across the wider insight community in the company. Communicate insight in a compelling way, which drives action across the business.
- Work closely with the CRO and Digital Product teams to understand the development roadmap and ensure it is supported by analytics.
- Proactively utilize digital analytics data to identify opportunities and areas of improvement and provide recommendations for testing
- Work with the implementation team and our analytics agency to ensure that all tests have tracking and brief requirements for new tracking if needed
- Work with internal teams such as Commercial, Holidays, and Marketing across easyJet to deliver reporting requirements
- Cut through large data sets and multiple analysis options to provide intelligible, actionable reports and analysis
- Work to build as much automated reporting as possible – avoiding manual reports
- Work to develop self-service reporting dashboards to democratize data where possible
