Job Summary
Cirrus Aircraft is searching for a customer centric professional that will serve as a key player in providing digital support to our Vision Jet owners via the Vision Pilots and Owners (VPO) program.
Duties and Responsibilities/Essential Functions
- Supports business development of the VPO program.
- Uses Salesforce to troubleshoot customer account issues, create new users and assign permissions.
- Creation and management of external email and marketing communications using digital marketing platforms.
- Upgrades the site by updating content and graphics; monitoring performance and results; identifying and evaluating improvement options; and troubleshooting user and website issues.
- Collaborates with VPO stakeholders, web developers and project managers to identify and troubleshoot technical issues, move projects forward and identify new opportunities to serve the customer.
- Tracks and manages all site issues, improvements, and fixes.
- Helps with live and online event planning and execution.
- Performs various administrative duties to help run the business.
- Interacts with Vision Jet owners and pilots in support of their ownership experience.
- Innovates the digital experience by implementing new technologies.
- Liaise with creative teams to develop support collateral, graphic designs, and promotional materials and products from ideation to delivery.

- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Information Science, Computer Science, or other digital discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in a role supporting websites or other digital properties.
- 2-3 years experience with WordPress.
- 1-2 years experience with Salesforce.
- Demonstrated history of learning new skills and technologies.
- Expertise in working with cross-functional teams.
- Content creation and project management experience a plus.
