Are you our new Customer Service Agent in Alicante?

In this role you will ensure the highest level of customer service is delivered to our passengers.
Place of work is Alicante Airport (ALC)

You are our ideal candidate if you have:
- Experience in a customer service role within service/travel industry.
- Strong customer focus.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively with peers during unsociable hours
This job will be for you if you have:

In this role you will be responsible for:
- Check in – at the desks, at the self-service kiosks, bag drop and service desks.
- Gates – as a Boarding agent, boarding support and assist at the transfer desk or service desk.
- Arrivals – assist customers, file reports, at the baggage desk.
- Outstanding customer service – always looking to help Norwegian customers.
- Excellent professional conduct and grooming standards.
- Detailed knowledge and understanding of Norwegian Policies.
- Detailed knowledge of check in and gates procedures and systems or arrivals functions.
- Strict adherence to Norwegian Gate bag procedures and revenue collection.
- Based at ALC Airport but some travel may be required to support operations around the network.
