We are seeking an experienced Aviation Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong resume in the aviation field and will be responsible for quoting and scheduling maintenance repairs. This role requires excellent computer and written communication skills, as well as the ability to interact with customers and internal team members effectively.
Responsibilities
- Quote and schedule maintenance repairs.
- Act as the right-hand person to the Director of Maintenance.
- Perform computer work and written communication tasks.
- Deal with customers and the internal team.
Essential Skills- 4+ years of experience in the aviation field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong data entry and clerical skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Experience with Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work effectively in a small team environment.

Work Environment
This position operates on a 1st shift schedule from 7 AM to 4 PM. You will work 8 hours a day with some flexibility and minimal overtime. The role is based in an office environment.
