Responsibilities

​​About the role:

AP ​Customer Service Specialist entails dealing with customers inquiries and providing a high quality of internal customer service. While reporting to AP Team leader, in this role you will also support local teams in accounting activities.

What are your responsibilities?

• High‑quality customer service: responding to internal and external client inquiries by email in accordance with established standards (including telephone contact).

• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and local business units: building lasting partnerships based on trust and collaboration.

• Reconciling supplier statements and accounts: ensuring accuracy of financial data through regular comparison and reconciliation of accounting documentation with suppliers.

What makes you a good fit for this role?

• Secondary or higher education

   

• Excellent communication skills in Italian (C1/C2) and communicative English
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under tight operational deadlines and manage multiple tasks and priorities
