Job Summary

The Logistics Analyst is responsible for the execution of Receiving, Warehousing, and Material Distribution expedite activities within a Centralized Distribution Center (CDC). The Logistics Analyst is responsible for managing expedites from submittal to delivery communicating issues related to delays and working across functions to resolve issues and escalate as required. The analyst will be responsible for monitoring inventory activities to support the efficient movement of material. This position is onsite.

What You Will Do

  • Influences others within the work area by explanation of facts, policies and practices.
  • Collaboration and communication with peers and leadership.
  • Identifies, defines and resolves problems that are not immediately evident.  
  • Execute program priorities relating to Receiving Dock, Warehouse, Inspection, and Transportation.
  • Interact with support manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, and quality with respect to deliverables, audits, etc.
  • Review and analyze transactions performed by team members.
  • Make minor improvements to processes, systems, or products to enhance performance of the work area.

Qualifications You Must Have  

  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree
  • This position requires 12 months or less of relevant professional work experience (excluding internships)
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Preferred majors; Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Solid interpersonal skills to execute tasks.
  • High computer literacy and with confidence and skill working with Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Project) and familiarity with Raytheon systems (SAP)

  • Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

Clearance Information

This position requires a security clearance. DCSA Consolidated Adjudication Services (DCSA CAS), an agency of the Department of Defense, handles and adjudicates the security clearance process. The salary range for this role is 53,000 USD - 103,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
