• This role is part of the Employee Receivables Team within the Finance Division.
• Responsible for performing general accounting activities for the Revenue Accounting function in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and established practices.

• Prepare and review journal entries in support of the month-end close process
• Prepare and perform invoicing and month-end activities
• Prepare and review reports to support monitoring and trending of assigned accounts
• Correspond with internal groups across the organization and respond to external service requests, including researching and resolving invoice processing issues
• Prepare and publish monthly and ad-hoc reports and analyses
• Assist with collecting data and documentation for accounts receivable and employee receivable team
• Prepare and assist with invoice processing across multiple business areas, including account reconciliations, and follow up on issues or questions within established timeframes

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience/training
• Knowledge of account reconciliations
• Experience corresponding with external and internal company stakeholders
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

• More than one year of professional experience, preferably in accounts receivable or a related area
• Experience working with SAP or other ERP systems
• Advanced Excel skills, including experience with macros, VBA, and lookup functions

• ​Ability to demonstrate experience using innovative thinking ability with high degree of motivation and problem solving skills
• Ability to demonstrate self-motivation, detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of fundamental accounting, internal controls and SOX
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Ability to be flexible/adaptable to constant change and scheduling needs to meet deadlines
• Ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks
